Made to Order: Your rug is created from scratch and takes approximately 4–8 weeks for production.

• Vacuum to remove any loose dirt or dust.
• Mix mild detergent with cold water.
• Use a damp sponge or cloth to clean the rug in sections.
• Rinse the cloth with clean water and repeat as needed.
• Blot dry with a clean towel.
• Let the rug air dry completely.

All handmade rugs are custom-made and non-refundable. If design or production hasn’t started, you’ll receive a full refund. If design work has started, a design fee will be deducted.
